A – Z Bread

Kay Depew (and Carl)

3 eggs

3 c flour

2 c A – Z

2 c sugar

1 c oil

1 c chopped nuts

3 tsp. cinnamon

3 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 325º or 300º for convection oven

Sift dry ingredients (except sugar) (right Nancy?) and set aside. Beat eggs in a large bowl, add oil and sugar and cream well. Add A – Z and vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients and (again) mix well. Mix in chopped nuts.

Spoon into two well greased (buttered) loaf pans and bake @ 325º for about an hour.

(I found an hour and a half was better. At one hour it was still a little moist in the middle. Carl)
