Oh Fudge

1 pkg (about 12 oz.) Semi-sweet chocolate chips  (about 2 cups)
1 pkg (same) Milk chocolate chips  (about 2 cups)
1 pkg (same) Butterscotch chips    (about 2 cups)
2 cans sweetened condensed milk

Put all together in a bowl and microwave for 3 - 3 1/2 minutes. With an electric hand mixer  blend the ingredients.(the mixer will blend it better than hand stirring and will make the final product much lighter, more creamy and fluffy. ) The mixer should (but may not always) blend everything well. If not microwave another minute at a time mixing after each minute. DON'T over cook or it will become hard and taste burnt.  While it is being microwaved, line a 9 x 13 pan with foil

Add chopped nuts if you like and pour into the foil lined pan and let cool (I put it in the outside refrigerator). When it has cooled, turn the pan over, remove the foil from the fudge and let it (the bottom) dry a little more.

Cut into pieces and enjoy..  Store, covered, in the fridge. If you are making it for friends. . .cut it into small pieces.  However, if you are making it for yourself, cut it into large, very large, pieces.   That way you can say I only had one piece..He, he, he. . .

DO NOT LET NEIGHBORS KNOW YOU MADE IT!

This will be your new favorite fudge recipe.

Now that you like this fudge, improve it.  Toast two cups of chopped walnuts and fold them to the fudge just before you pour it into the pan to cool.   Better, still,  stir in two cups of minature marshmallows.   Better still, add both.
But, that's a lot of fudge so use two pans......
I'm telling you- - - - -when you bite into that fudge and it satrts to melt in your mouth it's heaven. THEN, you taste those toasted walnuts......   OOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
